2013 Daily Double Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley

This dense Classic Washington Cab spent 22 months in French and American oak and rushes out of the gate with aromas of black cherry, cassis, hints of cocoa powder, saffron rice and dusty minerality. Around the turn elegant strides of rich dark cherry and currant flavors over a saddle of underlying tannins. Down the stretch comes bittersweet chocolate and toast, giving this plenty of finesse and length on the closing finish.
