Gold Medal, San Francisco Chronicle (January 2018)
Gold Medal, Tri-Cities Wine Festival (November 2017)
Great Northwest Wine: hint of cola behind the nose of plum and blueberry. Deliciously dark and sweet blue fruit plays with smooth tannins that emerge on the second pass. Cherry juice and raspberry compote set the stage for a slaty finish that brings in more of that cola.
Washington Wine Blog: this begins with wet stone, red cherry preserves and guava puree on the nose. The palate has a silky texture, as red fruits develop alongside a touch of blood orange. This is a really good effort from a hot vintage. Drink 2018-2026.

WinePress NW: chopped herbs and a hint of earth on the nose. Filling the mouth are wild raspberries, blueberry pastry, loganberries and blood orange with nice savory spice accents. Toasty oak notes add dimension without being over the top, and the finish is round and juicy.
